The Etymological Convergence of NASHEM
Nashem represents the deliberate convergence of Nation—the organized civic body, constitutional authority, and collective defense—and Shem (שֵׁם, “name”), the blessed lineage of stewardship, honor, and renown.
In antiquity, Shem was entrusted with the covenantal blessing of generational continuity and righteous governance.
In modern statecraft, a nation’s sovereignty endures only as long as its physical supply lines remain unbreakable. Nashem operates at this exact threshold: uniting civic duty with disciplined material stewardship to ensure the nation’s critical reserves and facilities never falter.

Executive Leadership & Stewardship
Nashem is directed by its Founder and Managing Member, Steven Harris, who oversees the firm’s strategic sourcing, vendor governance, and contract lifecycle integration.
Before founding Nashem, Steven served as a chaplain, evangelist, and Bible school teacher, vocations built on trust, service, and personal integrity. He brings that same standard of accountability to public procurement, backed by academic rigor: an Associate of Science in Business Administration, earned summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA; a Bachelor of Science in Business, Project Management (expected March 2027); and membership in Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business and Kappa Beta Delta International Honor Society.
